What Will Be Covered in the Machining Training Course?
During this four week course, participants will learn from top industry experts in the nuclear, oil, gas, and coal power industries. One week will be dedicated to mobile heat treat training. By combining in-class learning with hands-on training, individuals will learn about the mechanical and Metal Disintegration Machining (MDM) process. The focus of this program is to take individuals, both with little to no experience or those already in the industry, and teach them standard safety practices, machining basics, basic machining mathematics, machine set up, machining techniques, and apply knowledge to the operation of portable machining equipment for the power industry.
When it comes to MDM, ARC ensures that only highly skilled engineers can evaluate our customer’s needs and design an electrode that will effectively remove the damaged stud or pin. These engineers will be spearheading the program to guarantee you only learn from the best. Their field work experience has more than qualified them to lead these classes and guide individuals through the machining process.
